Requesting information in an alternative format
To request information or any of our key documents is an alternative format such as braille, easy to read, larger print, audio or other format, please call 0300 124 820. Alternatively, you send us an SMS or Whatsapp message to 07471 038 629 or email us at surreywcs@rosscare.co.uk quoting the publications title plus the format you require.
Wheelchair Repair Service
When we receive a repair request, we will be in touch to book an appointment at a suitable location, usually within five days of you requesting a repair. Repairs can be completed at your home, place of work or school. At other times, it may be more convenient for you to attend one of our centres; the details of our locations can be found here on our Contact Us page.
We cannot offer a breakdown and recovery service; if your chair breaks down and you cannot get to a warm/safe location or are in danger, call 999.

Maintenance
Your wheelchair may require an annual maintenance check by the Wheelchair Service. This check is designed to ensure your chair is kept in good, safe working condition, and we will contact you to arrange this before it is due.
