ROSS CARE went ‘back to school' on 29^th April 2019 supporting Ashton Sixth Form College with mock interviews. The sessions were arranged for final year students, ahead of their graduation.

It was a great opportunity for the students to practice responding to a range of competency-based interview questions, and receive input and feedback from representatives of local businesses, including us!

The interviews were attended by Ross Care’s Human Resources Manager, Shirley Dempsey and Marketing Manager, Alastair Ronaldson who said “We had a great time with both the students and the staff team at the Sixth Form College. Whilst we wanted the students to feel at ease, a realistic interview scenario was created to help students to increase their confidence and also develop and showcase their employability. We were very impressed by the students we encountered and enjoyed hearing from them as well as passing on advice from our own experience. We hope to continue to work in partnership with the college as they help students to transition into employment."
