Ross Care Wallasey employee Andy Dearing is celebrating 30 years with Ross Care in 2019.

Andy started with Ross Care Auto Engineering in May 1989, cleaning commodes and disability cars. In June 1990 he started with RCL before being promoted to RCL supervisor in 1998.

Andy has also helped set up new Ross Care depots in Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and Birmingham.
