Relaxation Day for Carers in West Totton
New Forest Carers Friends is offering a FREE Relaxation Day for carers and former carers on Saturday 18 April 2026, 10am–4pm, at The Trinity Church, Hazel Farm Road, West Totton. The day includes a range of wellbeing activities, lunch and refreshments, plus information and advice from local organisations.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
