New Forest Carers Friends is offering a FREE Relaxation Day for carers and former carers on Saturday 18 April 2026, 10am–4pm, at The Trinity Church, Hazel Farm Road, West Totton.
The day includes a range of wellbeing activities, lunch and refreshments, plus information and advice from local organisations.
They are looking for local people to join an accessible design panel to make walking, wheeling (e.g. using a wheelchair) and cycling safer for everyone along Woodside Avenue in Eastleigh. You can help by participating in a street audit and design review starting March 2026.

Southampton Parent Carer Forum invites you to their SEND Family Fun Day!

📍Oasis Academy Mayfield, Ashley Crescent, SO19 9NA (free parking)
Bouncy castles, face painters, unicorn bubbled and lots more for Children and Young People, plus a range of Local offer Service providers for advice, ideas and support for Parent Carers. Refreshments for all (drinks, fruit, biscuits and ice cream are all free, there will also be a food fan with food for sale).
Wheelchair Referrer Training to improve competency and confidence when completing referrals to the Wheelchair Service. The course is aimed at all therapy-based referrers, such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistants, and Physiotherapy Assistants.

They are hosting a special event dedicated to children’s development and wellbeing, where you’ll be able to connect with expert, explore resources, and take part in interactive workshops.
