Our New Co-Designed Feedback Posters Are Up

Thank You For Your Help!

We are pleased to display our new feedback posters in both our Hampshire and Isle of Wight service centres, with a QR code option, as well as options to provide feedback via our website, WhatsApp, telephone, email and in person or by writing to us with our full postal address displayed. We are pleased to offer various channels to provide your feedback, allowing for inclusivity and accessibility for all. These posters were co-designed with service users who attend the Ross Care wheelchair service user forum in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. A big thank you to those who took part and helped us to provide new feedback posters to all wheelchair users, relatives, carers and professionals who visit our service.

To get involved with shaping our service, email the CHEO at emily.galton@rosscare.co.uk to join us at the next service user forum.

Designing the Posters

Our Community Health Engagement Officer Emily, recently worked alongside our Graphic Designer Ruby, to create a new feedback poster to display within both the service Centre’s in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire & Newport, Isle of Wight.

The feedback posters were shared with service users in October 2025, and after taking on board the feedback received and updating the designs, the posters were shared again in January 2026. The feedback received in January from service users was very positive. They were appreciative that we had listened to their original feedback and took on board the points raised, to make the necessary changes to improve the feedback posters.

As a service we always encourage our service users, carers, and other professionals to get involved and help improve the service.
