The QUICKIE QS5 X wheelchair introduces 'FreeFold', a pioneering cross-brace mechanism that significantly lowers the effort needed to fold, cutting folding energy by more than 40%. Additionally, it offers an optional folding lock feature that secures the wheelchair firmly, ensuring it remains closed during transport for enhanced safety and convenience.
The QUICKIE QS5 X stands out with an exceptionally low transport weight, starting at just 7.3 kg for the Fixed Front and 7.5 kg for the Swing Away frame. As the lightest aluminum folding box frame available, it offers ease in lifting and transport while enhancing the user’s energy efficiency through effortless self-propulsion.
