Requesting information in an alternative format
To request information or any of our key documents in an alternative format such as braille, easy to read, larger print, audio or other format, please contact us on 0808 169 9633 or email us at cambridgeandpeterborough@rosscare.co.uk quoting the publications title plus the format you require.

Request a Repair Online
To request a repair, please complete this form. We will aim contact you to make an appointment to attend your location for a repair within five days*.
*Acquiring replacement parts for some complex chairs may take a little longer.

If you have an emergency repair that needs attending to outside of our normal working hours, please call the standard telephone number on 0808 169 9633, your call will be directed to the out-of-hours service team, who will gladly assist you.

Our Service Centres
Our service centre is situated in Huntingdon. This site was chosen as they are convenient and easy for many people to access. The site has free disabled parking outside the clinic sites, away from the main road.
